These Booking & Cancellation Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are applicable to all bookings made with Ashopedia (“the Company”). By making a booking with Ashopedia, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1.1 Reservation Confirmation: All bookings made with Ashopedia are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Ashopedia or its authorised agents.
1.2 Deposit: To secure a booking, a 50% advance deposit of the total tariff is required.
1.3 Balance Payment: The balance of the total booking cost is due 10 days before the scheduled start date of the adventure.
1.4 Late Bookings: Bookings made less than 7 days before the scheduled start date require full payment at the time of booking.
2.1 Payment Methods: Payments can be made through the Company’s designated payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other specified methods.
2.2 Currency: All payments must be made in INR.
3.1 Cancellation Procedure: Cancellations must be made in writing via email or other designated communication channels.

4.1 Requesting Changes: Modification requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval.
4.2 Additional Costs: Changes may result in additional charges, which will be communicated before confirmation.
5.1 Adjustments: The Company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or other aspects due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 Notification: In case of significant changes, clients will be notified and provided alternatives or a full refund.
6.1 Recommendation: Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
6.2 Liability: The Company is not responsible for expenses, losses, or damages due to lack of adequate insurance.
7.1 Disclaimer: The Company is not liable for personal injury, illness, death, or any losses incurred during the adventure.
7.2 Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose pre-existing medical conditions.
7.3 Additional Costs: Any extra charges due to unforeseen events must be borne by the client.
8.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi, and disputes will be settled in New Delhi courts.
